2) What happens if my flowers do not arrive, or if they are not perfect?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All of our flowers are shipped via FedEx, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the flowers, another shipment will be sent to you at no additional charge.

Our flowers are not sold by stem, however, we do offer bulk flowers.
8) How do I place my order?

9) Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver our flower bouquets in the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
10) Do you charge Sales Tax?
Yes, we charge sales tax on top of product and our delivery charge. It depends where your order is being shipped to. Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. Orders shipped to AR, CA, CT, FL, NJ, NY, OH, PA, and TX will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate
11) Can I cancel or re-schedule my order?
Cancellations and reschedules must be made within 48 hours of the date/time you place your order, no exceptions, no refunds after 48 hours. To cancel an order within 48 hours please call Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, or email: and save your email receipt.

13) How does your Shipping Schedule work?
Estimated Arrival Date Schedule:Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery based on shipping schedule below: Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions

14) Do I have to be home when the order arrives?
A Signature required at time of delivery for all orders.
15) Can I choose a PO BOX for delivery?
No, Please select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for immediately upon arrival. Flowers are a perishable item and must be cared for properly. Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence.
16) Is the color of the Flowers I order exactly the same as I see it on my Computer screen?
Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones, the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing bulk roses to complement your wedding tones, be aware that we cannot guarantee the same variety when more than one case is ordered. We will make every effort, however, to match the shade of color. And there may be a color variation due to the variety in season. |
